There were no cell phone chargers. The entertainment screen was difficult to manouver.

What did we like? Nothing really...The food choice and quality were very poor, seats were uncomfortable, tv screens were dirty full of greasy fingerprints, some of the staff (Not All) were miserable, shall I go on???

Flight was overbooked. Crew did a great job but passengers weren’t nice and really not patient. Flying in these times is not the best idea tbh.

Cons: "50 min. delay for absolutely nothing. No proper gate available. Only one bus had to serve all passengers from terminal to aircraft. Lufthansa should not operate as a budget airline."

I scolded her and she apologized, but, REALLY? Perhaps the crew needs to reiterate how dangerous this is to do! My head still hurts a little on top, almost a week later. Ugh."

The stewardess even directed me to a free isle seat so I wouldn't have to sit in the middle where it was a bit more cramped. There were people entering from both the front and the back, meaning people were stuck trying to get past each other in the tight aisle. It was difficult to find space in the overhead compartments for carryon luggage due to people bringing too much stuff - the crew should have stepped in and helped. The food was a bad chicken sandwich with condiments that I could not eat."

The only difference from economy is that the middle seat is left empty....a help toward comfort, but far short especially when the price difference is factored in."

We were not notified ahead of time or or given an option. Flight attendants were refusing to help passengers and were actually rude to people who needed help to find a place for their luggage. The airplane was old, one restroom did not function and it was closed. So, the economy class was served by only one restroom for the entire flight which led to long waiting line and discomfort for many passengers."

I was sitting in row 57 and due to the narrowing of the fuselage toward the back, the seats are narrower, some without arm rests and people going to the back of the aircraft keep bumping into seated passengers. Leg room as incredibly limited. This is not acceptable for a major airline. The terminal at Newark is rather old and not the cleanest. Due to the lack of clear communication, most passenger were confused at to the order of boarding."

Boarding time was confusing. On boarding ticket it said 2:50 but then the board said boarding now from 2:20. In the end people were still boarding at 3:00 so it meant people were sitting on the plane for 40 mins. Staff were very friendly from check in to plane to arrival. Plane was fine for the type of journey. Food was adequate and good selection.

The flight was first class the experience on landing in Edinburgh was not Crammed into a bus and held on tarmac for 15 minutes followed by just under 1 hour to clear passport control Only one flight at that time Disappointing!!!

Once settled in our seats, another 25 minutes went by when the plane did not move. No information's given. I asked a member of the cabin crew what was going on who said she didn't know anything. I then heard her ask (presumably the captain) on the intercom if he could make an announcement as 'passengers were enquiring' We were then informed that we would have a further delay of up to an hour. We eventually took off at 16.00, over two hours after scheduled time. Thank goodness, I had left plenty of time for my connecting train. I was equally unimpressed for different reasons with on the outward flight on 12 July. I will not be flying with them again."

The website did not work well and it ended up booking 2 bags each and charging me for two each. When I arrived at the airport they said I had not checked on online and had to pay extra for checking in at the airport. I asked for a manager who said there was no record of me going online. That was odd because I booked and paid for my bags online the previous day while I was checking in.they said I had to write a letter to get back my extra baggage fees I was charged in error. I doubt I will ever see that money again."

The scheduled time is longer than any flight has taken, but I think this is actually a realistic approach given the probability of a delay. There is an issue with 2-3 year olds and seat belts - they are not allowed to travel on a parent's lap, but they can wriggle out a lap belt easily and so are unsecured."

I waited patiently while many others checked in (later to see those same people on my flight who clearly checked in before the 2 hours), but then found out from a different ticket agent that I didn't need a paper copy ticket, so I waited there for no reason due to misinformation from your ticket agent. My flight was delayed twice, then they lined us up at the wrong gate. After scanning our tickets, the door wouldn't open to let us out to the airplane, then they lined us up outside the plane in freezing cold winds because they were still cleaning the plane-the guy was still taking the trash out. Where is the "priority" in that? I know I really only paid to not have to check my bag, but it's also called priority - not quite sure they understood that. Will probably never travel this airline again, too much hassle and frustration for such simple things."

Pros: "Got there on time"

Cons: "It's Ryanair - a thoroughly unlikeable airline."

Pros: "The trip was smooth once we got a plane. Everything else was as ecpected."

Cons: "Delayed multiple times and finally departed 2 hours late. Interrupted a full day’s worth of travel plans."

Pros: "The flight arrived without crashing. 100% survival rate."

Cons: "Cattle call. Couldn’t check in early. No gate announcement until 15 minutes before boarding closed, so had to wait in central area then rush to gate. No policing of unruly gate area. Seated in middle seat that didn’t recline. Had to check in via app prearrival at airport to avoid £55 fee per person. Basically the UK version of Spirit Airlines, but worse."

Pros: "Nothing!"

Cons: "Delays, with poor comms. After advising of delays, they called us to form queues at the gate, but it was more than 1.5 hours before we started boarding. That’s 1.5 hours standing in line with no communication! No apologies from staff, and when we did start boarding a member of staff was so annoyed at some passengers who we’re in the wrong queue that they called out to the entire queue, (quote) ‘the little baby Jesus is sending you a sign so look to the heavens and you’ll see a sign which says priority to the left and non-priority to the rigjt, ok?’ Again, this is after keeping us queuing with no apologies and no refreshments for 1.5 hours. In all, we were three hours delayed, and not one member of staff even mentioned it. Staff on board were really poor also: huffing and rolling their eyes at passengers ordering food. Genuinely shocking service."

Cons: "I purchased Priority in order to have a carry-on, and even though the carry-on was fine for my first flight, they forced me to check it and pay 40 pounds for my second flight. Then the flight was delayed, causing me to miss my connection and completely ruining my entire travel day. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE LOW RATES. YOU WILL END UP LOSING MONEY."

Pros: "I got to my destination."

Cons: "We were charged almost 200 euros extra because we did not check in online (which we could not do because we had been traveling for 30 hours and did not have Wi-Fi in the air) and when we went to check in the receptionist was rude about the fact that we had not checked in, so we had to go across to a different counter to pay our fee, go back to check in at the first counter, and then was told we could not be seated together, when it turned out the flight was half empty. Besides all of this, the planes are not nice, you are only allowed one carry on (no personal item) and the seats are not comfortable. I thought we would save money but check in fees and ridiculous baggage fees made this flight cost more than a nicer airline."

Pros: "Humor of the pilot"

Cons: "One hour delay, which we had to be in the plane, and was VERY hot inside, like 35C+ and more. Total inappropriate. Noise from passengers. Tight places between seats in front of me and me. Tight places on seats between me and next passenger next to me. FastTrack was not so fast, didn't felt it is something special and priority for me and my wife. Had to wait with the rest of the passengers."

Cons: "We checked a golf bag. It was disaster trying to retrieve it at Stanstead. It took one solid hour, three people, and my husband finally having to get it out or the security area himself."

Pros: "The fact that it got me to Dublin."

Cons: "After having all my liquids taken at security from my carry-on (which had been just fine on all other legs of my trip over) Ryanair decides that they are too full for me to take my bag on board, so they made me check it. When I requested that I get the bag back at the gate, they said no. It had to be checked through to baggage claim. This meant that in Dublin I had to go back to get my bag downstairs and go through security twice more. Exactly what I wanted to avoid. I had a very tight connection to the US. It was horrible! I purposely packed light for a 16 day trip!! It would've been helpful if they had let me gate check it. I won't fly them again."

Pros: "They are taking 50 euro for only one bag while check in !!!!!!!!! Which is makes my angry ..... I bought the ticket cheap but I'm not statisfy with there service . I felt bad ideas about this company ."

Cons: "Would like people boarded according to their seats. Putting the carry on baggage away is disruptive to steady flow of taking seats. So if front and back doors board call in middle 10 rows first."

Cons: "Not enough leg room."

Cons: "The process of checking in online was very misleading. While checking in online, their website continuously glitched. It would jump back a page, add products that I did not want (such as early boarding) without me selecting those products, etc. Finally after quite some time, I was able to check out only with the products I actually wanted (luggage fees). I received a confirmation email, and therefore I assumed we were good to go. We arrived at the airport to find out according to the staff we had only partially checked in. They could see that we started the process but since we apparently did not fully check in, we were charged £90 (45 per person) to check in at the airport. When I emailed Ryanair customer service and explained the entire situation, they absolutely could not have cared less. As a seasoned traveler, this one really takes the cake for poor customer service. Absolutely the worst experience that I've had with an airline. I will never fly with them again."

Pros: "The price of the flight and that they had direct from Barcelona to Sofia. Also that they gave us a free checked bag so that we did not have to carry it onto the already cramped plane."

Cons: "The boarding process was slow and late. When we booked the flight it was stated that we got a snack and water, but we had to pay for everything. Drinks were almost double that of other discount carriers that were more comfortable. Also, a very expensive box of chocolates, that we purchased as a gift, was stolen from one of our free checked bags, either in Barcelona or Bulgaria. We did not notice until we got home and unpacked."

Pros: "Fast and cheap ! Really cool !!!"
